Please save the date: Join us on Saturday May 24th, for an evening at Quercus Beechworth – Oregon Hall, for a carefully curated dining experience featuring 12 different Beechworth Chardonnay from top local vignerons. All crafted with precision and passion, we invite you to enjoy a four-course meal, with each course matched with three Chardonnay.

To calm any Chardonnay palate fatigue, we will have a Vin Amaro palate cleanser made by our friends at Beechworth Bitters. Plus, we will have an opportunity to try some red wines from the vignerons at a ‘Red Bar’, where you can purchase those wines by the glass.
The wines will be expertly matched to a four-course set menu by local chef Sally Wright. There will be a vegetarian menu available upon request. With any allergies or intolerances, please ensure to advise us at least 14 days prior to the event, and we will speak with you about your situation.
